Thank you to everyone who supported the Capital Cup!

While dozens of supporters were gathering at Granite Bay Golf Club to watch the golfers play the last few holes, the scoreboard revealed that the Sactown Sticks and River City Rebels were neck-and-neck. By only two points, the River City Rebels eventually clinched the win—and with it, bragging rights for an entire year. Congratulations to captain Steve Fleming and his team!

The generosity of Sacramento

The Sacramento community proved once again to exceed our expectations. The generosity of over 1,000 donors earned a collective $1,403,507 for local charities and non-profit organizations. This fundraising amount is second in the region only to the Big Day of Giving. Thank you to all who gave!

The tournament committee wants to give a special shout-out to six golfers who each raised over $100,000! Our hats are off to you, gentlemen: Phil Oates, Rick Wylie, Bob Clark, Ashil Abhat, Geoff Brown, and Dan Corfee.
