About DCA
DCA works with Founder-led and Family-owned businesses to maximize the value of their companies and the cohesion of their families throughout their entire lifecycle.
We help them accelerate their growth by pursuing highly accretive acquisitions,
We can provide junior capital to help fund growth or provide liquidity to stakeholders looking to exit,
We work with them to maximize the value they receive when its ultimately time to sell,
And we help them minimize the taxes they pay (and the after-tax proceeds they keep) when they exit and help expand their wealth by crafting a highly-attractive and tax-efficient investment portfolio.
We manage roughly $1 billion in investments and our team has completed several billions in M&A transactions over the past two decades.
We provide highly sophisticated advisory and capital resources that have historically been available to only the largest companies or the wealthiest families. But DCA is changing that.
Ultimately, our mission is to optimize the value of companies, increase the wealth of their owners, and enhance the impact of their legacy.
Our firm has earned a reputation of excellence and integrity in the Sacramento business community, earning a Corporate Citizenship Award in 2020 for volunteerism and charitable giving.
