Risk management firm York Risk Services Group Inc. announced it bought Sacramento-based Bickmore, one of the largest independent risk management and actuarial consulting firms. DCA Partners provided financial, growth, and acquisition-related consulting to the firm over the past two years, and served as seller’s M&A advisor in the sale transaction.
