The Dentists Supply Company (TDSC), a for-profit affiliate of the California Dental Association (CDA), has joined forces with Henry Schein Inc. (Nasdaq: HSIC) to create TDSC Inc., a jointly owned enterprise formed to expand on TDSC’s mission of helping dentists save money on dental supplies. The new TDSC, powered by Henry Schein, will be jointly owned between HSIC and CDA, and will establish a dental advisory council made up of key stakeholders from both organizations, dental association leaders, and practicing dentists to provide insights and guidance to the operating team along with its board of directors.
