DCA Partners adds Louis Skibicki

Roseville, CA – DCA Partners (“DCA”), a diversified financial services firm, welcomes Louis Skibicki as an Associate for the Private Equity team.

Louis is responsible for performing financial modeling, forecasting, completing business due diligence, and supporting execution of buyout and structured capital investments.

“Louis will play a key role in enhancing DCA’s ability to effectively identify and invest in the best middle-market companies in the western United States,” commented Steve Mills, Partner at DCA. “His transaction experience and attention to detail make him a strong addition to the team.”

Prior to joining DCA, Louis worked for a private equity backed residential landscape services firm where he was responsible for helping that firm grow through accretive mergers and acquisitions. Louis also spent three years at KPMG in the M&A transaction services group where he conducted financial due diligence for investments and M&A transactions in a wide variety of industries. Louis received his bachelors and MBA degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
