The property was developed for and has been leased to Coca-Cola since 2008 and features freezer and refrigerated space. This investment was a rare opportunity to acquire a Class A cold storage facility in a fast-growing market. DCA Partners Family Office worked as financial advisors on the transaction and will oversee the acquired property’s future operation and value enhancement on behalf of Nella Invest, LLC. Yukon Real Estate Partners, LLC led the acquisition and will work as the asset manager for the property.
Located in Central Florida, the property is strategically located to service the surrounding areas, including Disney World and the Villages, the fastest-growing census metropolitan area over the last decade. Further, the property is less than two hours from both Tampa and Gainesville.
