Roseville-based financial services firm has doubled in size during 2022
Roseville, CA (July 18, 2022) – DCA Partners (“DCA”), a diversified financial services firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Kris Jones as Director of Investment Underwriting. Kris is DCA’s second Director of Investment Underwriting; he joins Zeina Fawaz, who relocated from Boston to join DCA in March of this year.
In this role, Kris primarily focuses on underwriting new investment opportunities, securing and negotiating debt financing for new investments, and overseeing due diligence and closing processes for commercial real estate transactions across asset classes.
“Kris is an adept real estate professional with a track record of impressive achievements,” commented Curt Rocca, Managing Partner. “Over his 18 years of multifamily and commercial real estate experience, Kris has worked to acquire dozens of multifamily properties, and originated, structured, and negotiated over 70 commercail real estate financing transactions. Prior to joining DCA, Kris served as Vice President, Originations for PACE Loan Group where he originated financing throughout the United States on multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality properties. Prior to PACE Loan Group, Kris held positions with RealCrowd and Palmer Capital.
