Roseville, CA – DCA Partners (“DCA”), is pleased to announce that Johnson Thermal Systems (“JTS”) has been acquired by Mission Critical Group (“MCG”), a newly formed electrical equipment solutions business backed by Emerald Lake Capital Management (“ELCM”). DCA is proud to have served as financial advisor to JTS on this transaction.

Founded in 2004 and operating out of a rapidly growing facility in Caldwell, Idaho, JTS has quickly become a recognized leader in the design and manufacturing of custom-engineered power packaging and industrial cooling solutions worldwide. As a family-owned business, JTS ownership felt that finding a strong financial partner would be critical as the Company entered its next phase of growth.
