Acquisition Expands Flyers’ Cardlock Network in Ohio
Roseville, CA – Flyers Energy, LLC (“Flyers”) announced this week its acquisition of Fleet Express Commercial Fueling, a division of Mansfield Energy Corp (“Mansfield”). DCA Partners (“DCA”) is proud to have served as Flyers’ M&A advisor on the transaction.
The acquisition expands Flyers’ network of unattended cardlock fueling stations in the Midwest. With over 400 commercial fueling locations across the United States, Flyers’ nationwide growth is the result of active efforts to create a seamless fueling experience for customers. The newly added locations will operate under the Quick Fuel brand.
“The additional sites complement our existing network of Quick Fuel locations in the region, giving our valued guests more choices and added value,” said Kris Kanak, Director of Sales and Marketing for Flyers Energy. The string of locations, in and around Dayton, Ohio, geographically connects to Flyers’ pre-existing markets.
