Additional talent expands capacity to serve local clients

Roseville, CA – DCA Partners (“DCA”) continues to reinforce its place as the region’s premier M&A and financial advisory firm with the recent addition of a Vice President of Private Equity Investments, Associate, and Marketing Manager. The firm has experienced significant growth, more than doubling its team of professionals in the last 3 years.

Brenden Wilson relocated from Los Angeles to join the firm in October 2017 as Vice President of Private Equity Investments. Prior to joining DCA, Mr. Wilson held private equity positions at Kayne Anderson and K1 Capital. In these roles, Mr. Wilson was involved in evaluating and managing growth equity, structured debt, and leveraged buyout transactions primarily in middle-market growth stage companies across a broad spectrum of industries, with a particular focus on technology-based companies. Mr. Wilson has also held several board advisory and operational restructuring roles where he was responsible for implementing cost restructuring and system implementation programs.

Kholt Mulderrig has been promoted to the position of Associate. While at DCA, Mr. Mulderrig has been actively involved in closing over $250 million in M&A transactions for DCA clients. Mr. Mulderrig joined DCA in 2016 as an Analyst, while completing his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at UC Davis, with a concentration in Finance. Prior to joining DCA, Mr. Mulderrig was an Account Executive and Project Manager at Cegment, Inc., a predictive analytics and technology services startup in Northern California. He also played integral roles at the California Department of Finance and Rezolve Group, Inc.

Amanda Schroeder is DCA’s most recent addition, joining the team as Marketing Manager earlier this month. In this role, Ms. Schroeder supports the firm’s position in identifying quality market targets and financers for a growing client base, as well as educating the local public on DCA Partners’ role in bolstering community businesses. With over a decade of writing experience and several years as an independent Marketing Manager and Website Developer, Ms. Schroeder has guided many California businesses in solving various marketing challenges.
