Partnership allows Fore A to accelerate growth and better serve clients
Roseville, CA – DCA Partners (“DCA”) is pleased to announce that Fore A Partners (“Fore A”) has sold to Quest Technology Management (“Quest”). DCA is proud to have served as financial adviser to Fore A on this transaction. The law offices of Robin Clark Bevier served as legal counsel to Fore A. RTA Group advised Quest on the acquisition.
Fore A, a leading enterprise-level IT solutions integrator based in Folsom, California, provides technical expertise and product-sales support to customers ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to large enterprises across a wide spectrum of technology-driven industries. Fore A works with its clients on a variety of front-end solutions, from product sourcing and project architecture to solution management and implementation. The company sought a partner to help accelerate its growth and provide additional resources and services to complement its broad array of product-oriented solutions.
