Sale provides Dental Savings International’s customers with expanded product options and enhanced delivery through iSmile’s West Coast distribution facilities
Roseville, CA (June 16, 2021) – DCA Partners (“DCA”) is pleased to announce the sale of Dental Savings International (“DSI”) to iSmile Dental Products. DCA is proud to have served as financial adviser to DSI on this transaction.
DSI is a full-line distributor of dental supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE) based in Union City, New Jersey. Serving dentists nationwide with their leading e-commerce platform, DSI provides customers with top-quality products at low prices.
