Noah McCormack to oversee commercial and industrial investments

Roseville, CA – DCA Partners (“DCA”), a diversified financial services firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Noah McCormack as Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Investments.

In his capacity as VP of Commercial and Industrial Investments, Noah is charged with overseeing the sourcing, evaluation, investment, and value-creation process for DCA’s Office, Retail, and Industrial investments.

DCA Partners Family Office is actively working to acquire over $2 billion of income-producing assets on behalf of its clients in 2022, and this new role being filled by Noah will be key to accomplishing this objective.

Prior to joining DCA, Noah’s experience included UBS Realty Investors where he led the investment activities in key markets along the Western US in multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and hotels resulting in $1.6B of completed investments. Noah also developed extensive real estate experience with Westcore Properties and Colliers.
