Brent joined DCA Partners in 2018 and has consistently demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication to the firm and its clients. Over the past five years, he has helped lead many of the firm’s largest and most successful M&A transactions for some of the region’s most notable companies.

Brent has a wealth of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on complex corporate finance and investment banking matters. He has advised clients on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and restructuring and reorganizations. While serving clients across a broad spectrum of industries, DCA’s M&A advisory team has a particular expertise in Food and Agribusiness, Energy Services, and Industrial and Construction Services.
Before joining DCA, Brent worked as an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase and prior to that as a Vice President in Deutsche Bank’s Capital Markets group in both New York City and San Francisco. He holds a Masters of Business and Administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BA from Pepperdine University. He is active on three local non-profit Boards: The ARC of Placer County, The Placer County Sheriff’s Council, and the Berkely-Haas Alumni Network for Greater Sacramento.
