Senior role includes leading DCA’s M&A division

Roseville, CA – DCA Partners (“DCA”), the region’s leading investment bank and affiliated private equity firm, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Brent Haapanen to Managing Director of M&A.

Brent has led several complex buyside and sellside transactions on behalf of DCA clients over the course of his three years with the Firm. Recent deals include Fore A Partners’ sale to Quest Technology Group, Grow West’s acquisitions of Hammer Transport and Clark Trucking, as well as Raley’s sale of Aisle 1 to Anabi Oil, among others.

“Brent has been one of our top deal makers for several years now, having led significant transactions in the food and ag, technology, e-commerce, and transportation and logistics industries, among others,” commented Curt Rocca, Managing Partner at DCA.

Brent is an experienced advisor, leveraging his 15+ years of experience in capital markets to advise clients across all stages of M&A transactions. Prior to DCA, Brent worked as Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase, where he played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence throughout the region. Prior to that he served as a Vice President in Deutsche Bank’s Capital Markets group where he advised large-cap technology companies globally.
