Zac will oversee Asset Management for the Family Office
Roseville, CA (June 16, 2022) – DCA Partners (“DCA”), a diversified financial services firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Zac Scholfield as Vice President of Asset Management.
Zac is tasked with overseeing all aspects of asset and portfolio management for our Family Office operations. As the primary third-party liaison, he works closely with DCA’s joint-venture partners, brokers, property managers, and other service providers, to ensure all interests remain aligned and investment returns are optimized. Zac is also developing systems and processes to track and analyze asset performance.
DCA Partners Family Office is actively working to acquire over $2 billion of income-producing assets on behalf of its clients in 2022, and this new role being filled by Zac is integral to safeguarding successful outcomes.

Prior to joining DCA, Zac’s experience included IHP Capital Partners, a leading real estate investment firm. He evaluated, co-originated, and oversaw numerous projects, including seven active development projects consisting of more than 550 homes. Zac also worked at Lee Homes, Inc. as a Project Asset Manager.
