Gabriel Nacht

Gabriel Nacht has more than 25 years of domestic and international finance experience. He is currently an independent consultant providing companies with CFO-level advice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic management and compensation.
Previously, Gabe was Sr. Vice President and CFO of Bustos Media, LLP, a leading owner and operator of Spanish language radio and television stations, where he successfully put in place financial and operational controls, and restructured the company’s debt facilities. Prior to Bustos Media, Gabe was Sr. Vice President and CFO of Meridian Systems, Inc., the leading provider of construction project management software, where he guided the company through its successful sale to Trimble Navigation Ltd. He also served as CFO of Z-Spanish Media, a multimedia company focused in the Hispanic market, where he was instrumental in completing the merger and subsequent IPO with Entravision Communications. Gabe also served as Sr. Vice President and Treasurer for Phillips International, where completed over 30 acquisitions, helping to grow the privately-held publishing company from $100 million in revenue to over $300 million in revenue. Gabe’s background also includes several years of corporate banking experience focused on media and communications firms, where he negotiated and closed more than $1.5 billion in transactions.
