May 16, 2002 Schick Technologies Elects Curtis M. Rocca to Board of DirectorsLONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y., May 16, 2002 — Schick Technologies, Inc. (OTC: SCHK) today announced that Curtis M. Rocca III has been appointed by its Board of Directors to serve as a Member of the Board and of its Audit Committee, effective May 30, 2002. Mr. Rocca is founder and Chief Executive Officer of DCA Partners, a mergers and acquisition advisory firm. From 1998 to 2000, he served as CEO of Dental Partners, Inc., a national dental practice management company. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Rocca was Chairman and CEO of Bio–Dental Technologies Corp., a diversified dental products and services company. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Zila, Inc.
